Every drop of Catskill Mountain Sugarhouse’s purely delicious maple syrup is produced on their farms nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of upstate New York.
The family’s local history goes back to the early 19th century, the sugarhouse and original sugarbushes stand on a former children’s camp, and over the years they have expanded their maple-syrup-producing capacity by acquiring over 800 contiguous acres on which thousands of sugar maple tress thrive. All of their maple trees are located within 9 miles of our sugarhouse.
The family’s goal is to give everyone a new appreciation—or a reminder—of how good “real” maple syrup can be.
