Rockland Honey and Bee Farm was created in 2015 in Rockland County NY when Beekeeper Zev Oster started with 2 hives. They have since grown to 40 hives located throughout Rockland County NY: in Suffern, Monsey, Pomona & Wesley Hills.

The LOCAL Rockland Honey, which has a wax seal and is limited, sells out quickly. It is also, according to Zev, the tastiest and finest honey to be gotten. They spin small batches allowing them to bottle unique flavors of current blooming flowers.

Other, flavored honey (such as orange blossom and avocado) is also available which is sourced from beekeepers throughout the US, in areas where these trees are grown.
