Our longest running soap recipe. This is the one that started it all and customers just doo not want us to retire, the Hudson Valley Shepherd Soap with Lanolin and sheep milk from our farm. This is the 4 pack so you save over purchasing individual bars. Point of View Farm’s 100% natural soap is made right on the farm in small batches using the ‘cold process’ method of soap making that has been used for generations. Point of View Farm’s sheep are pasture raised all naturally right here in New York’s Hudson Valley. Sheep’ milk is rich in nutrients and produces exceptional soap. Point of View Farm developed this special soap recipe for ourselves and now we are happy to share it with you. These oils produce a soap that lathers and cleanses well while moisturizing the skin at the same time. It is suitable for sensitive skin, people who must wash their hands multiple times a day (such as farmers and gardeners). This soap is also used by those that are chemically sensitive. Only a hint of lavender essential oil is included. This is not a strongly scented soap. Hint. Your soap will last longer if you use a drained soap dish to allow it to dry between uses. This soap is made with natural oils, and sheep’s milk from our heritage flock of registered Finnsheep. Hudson Valley Ewe’s Soap contains: Hudson Valley Deep Well Water, Lanolin (a natural oil obtained from wool), Shea Butter from the Magnolia Tree, and Sheep’s Milk from our own flock.
