Made in small batches at a chocolate workshop in the Catskill Mountains, where carefully selected, ethically sourced cocoa beans are roasted, hand-sorted, cracked, winnowed, refined, and conched using a blend of traditional and modern techniques. Packaged in a gift-friendly, resealable tin, so it’s just as easy to share as it is to keep for yourself.
