CCE Sullivan and Shop Taste NY have a 30 day return policy on all items. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Returns will only be accepted on unused items in their original packaging.
Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and all opened health and personal care items cannot be returned.
To complete your return, CCE Sullivan and Shop Taste NY require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Your full name as entered in the billing address of your order.
  • Your order number.
  • Your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Supporting photos.

If we reply and accept to receiving your return, please follow the Shipping instructions below. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed as a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit refund processing is subject to your financial institutions policies and timelines.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or credits.

Purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
It is recommended that returning purchases over $75 are shipped using a trackable shipping service or by purchasing shipping insurance. CCE Sullivan and Shop Taste NY are not responsible for items lost or missing in return transit, and will not cover the cost of shipping insurance.
