Food & Ferments is a celebration of farming and fermentation. We believe in fresh, local ingredients and work with farmers in New York’s Finger Lakes region to source many of the fruits and vegetables for our products. Founded in 2013, we are family owned and operated.

We work in our small, rural kitchen in upstate New York to renew and revitalize the time-honored traditions of fermentation, promoting good health and celebrating culture, on both the microscopic and societal levels.
