Hodgins Harvest’s Founder & “Chief Fungi Enthusiast” Aaron Hodgins Davis is a former motion graphics designer who got tired of sitting in front of a computer all day. He started growing oyster mushrooms as a hobby in his home and became enamored with the culinary value of oysters and other wood-loving varieties of mushrooms. He grew the hobby into a part-time side job and then into a full-time gig. After 2 years of working two full-time jobs, designing motion graphics and running the mushroom farm, Aaron quit his day job in 2020 to focus solely on growing Hodgins Harvest’s operations and brand.
