Joe’s Jerky is the creation of Jodie Lynn Patla and her father, Joe Robinson a Vietnam Veteran with over 50 years experience as a meat cutter in the supermarket industry. Joe had a knack for creating some of the best jerky and meat snacks for family and friends who consistently asked him for more. It wasn’t long before word got out and local businesses wanted him to supply product as well.

In 2011, with the encouragement of family, friends they decided to go into business fulltime and opened up a small country store and manufacturing facility in Sherrill, NY. It was after 1 year, due to the increased demand, that they moved into their present facility which allowed them to meet their current demand.

Joe being a Vietnam Veteran along with his daughter Jodielynn believe in giving back to the community, so they started Jerky for the Troops in which they donate jerky to organizations that are sending jerky to our troops and veterans. They also donate to local many local fire departments. helping them with their annual Chicken BBQ’s and that’s in addition to offering two scholarships at the local high school.
