Instead of letting broken shells go to waste, third-generation owner Peter Ariola Jr. had an idea. What if you could capture everything people love about a fresh cannoli — the crisp shell, the creamy sweetness, the hint of chocolate — in a bar that stays crunchy and doesn’t need refrigeration?

That idea became the Cannoli Bar.

Each bar starts with pieces of real cannoli shell for authentic texture and flavor. They’re blended with a rich, cannoli-inspired center and then fully coated in smooth white chocolate, sealing in the crunch and creating the perfect balance of creamy and crisp in every bite. It tastes like a classic cannoli, but in a convenient, grab-and-go form.

Launched in 2021 after years of perfecting the recipe, the Cannoli Bar brings a beloved New York bakery tradition into a portable treat you can enjoy anytime — no pastry box required.
