Refund Policy

Shop Taste NY has a 30 day return policy on all items. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Returns will only be accepted on unused items in their original packaging.

Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and all opened health and personal care items cannot be returned.

To complete your return, Shop Taste NY require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or credits.

Items marked as a gift at time of purchase are eligible for a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the original shipping address.

Purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

It is recommended that returning purchases over $75 are shipped using a trackable shipping service or by purchasing shipping insurance. Shop Taste NY is not responsible for items lost or missing in return transit, and will not cover the cost of shipping insurance.
