Flatbush Granola began on a dare! I was making granola as a holiday gift for friends and clients for several years, until one day, my best friend challenged me to take the granola from a hobby to a business in the span of 90 days. One month later, Flatbush Granola was born and I was selling to the public at its very first popup market!

The inspiration behind our flavors has always been the amazing cultural diversity I find everyday in Brooklyn, as well as my own personal experience as the child of immigrants. Food is a delicious and easy way to experience new cultures and my goal with Flatbush Granola is celebrate flavors from around the globe through a classic snack food.
