Tinkertown Provision’s entire product line is named for elements of nature, a reflection of our locally grown organic ingredients in the Western Catskills. Widely beloved SEA SPARKLE was named for the bioluminescent algae found off the coasts because it tastes like a party that mermaids might attend. Made from garlic scapes and jalapeños, SEA SPARKLE is our big hit with the under-10 set, and perfect on fish, with cheese, or on a ham sandwich.
